SatGold Technol ("we", "us") operates SatGold Cloud. This policy explains what information we collect from schools, staff, parents, and students who use the platform, and how it is used and protected.

What we collect

Account information (name, email, phone), school records you enter into the platform (student details, results, attendance, fee records), and basic usage data needed to operate the service.

Tenant isolation

Every school's data is isolated from every other school at the database level. Staff at one school can never access another school's records through the platform.
